introducing the newest winter hat: the beanband

introducing the bean bandHair accessories are part of my signature look and during the fall and winter, I like wearing knit headbands. They help maintain body heat by protecting your head and ears, while keeping the hairstyle intact and looking somewhat stylish. Although beanies preserve more heat in the body, you often will end up with beanie head and flat hair is just not a great look.

Introducing my newest discovery: the beanband. It’s half beanie and half headband. It’s a beanie in the front, meaning it covers a bit more of your head and gives you that hipster beanie look (a must in SF). It’s a headband on the side so it doesn’t completely flatten the hair and give you a beanie head. I bought mine at a boutique in LA –  a great decision as I’m loving it and they are difficult to find.
