recipe ideas to add sass to your thanksgiving dinner

Thanksgiving is actually one of my favorite holidays. It’s all about my favorite things – family, friends, food, and cooking. Even if you’re not hosting, you’re probably planning on preparing a dish or 2 for wherever you’re going. It can be quite intimidating mining through thousands and thousands of recipes to figure out what to bring, so I decided to compile my personal favorite recipes along with some interesting ones that I have yet to try out (but sound so good!) All of them have a bit of a sassy twist to the traditional dishes, and yes there is a lot of bacon & sausage (bourbon bacon sweet potatoes? yum!) For those vegetarians out there, I also included a few alternatives for you. Just click on the images or the links below for the detailed recipes. Enjoy!
